Hi printerdude44,

The Printhead is stuck in the tilted position, or is not able to tilt forward to the print position, due to a mechanical problem. If power cycling the printer does not clear the error, it will need to be serviced. Please contact the Support Centre to place a service call if needed.

Hi,

I receive the error code "07,010.43:20033" on my Phaser 8550.

Any information about this error code would be greatly appreciated.
