Fault Code 09,035.43: Phaser 8500_8550: Cyan Ink Stick Count Failure
Make sure they are Xerox Phaser 8550 ink sticks.
Check that the ink sticks are not jammed.
Remove any broken ink sticks
Hello - Our Phaser 8550 generated an error code: 09,035.43:120361 midway through a print job. As a precaution, we restarted it, but received the error code again before it had finished booting up. Would you please tell me what this code means & how to fix it? Thank you.
