39,002.40 and 39,003.41 Scanner Subsystem Test Faults

Firstly, try turning off the machine, removing its power source, waiting a few minutes and then powering it on again.

If that does not work, the Scanner assembly will need to be replaced.

My printer will start and I can print but I still get this error code.  It has something to do with the auto-feeder because I can't load any documents.  Any suggestions?
