Thank you for using the Support Forum. The fault code is a Printer Fault according to the information I have. I would suggest that to double check the installation of the print head and if you continue to have an issue please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
I have a Phaser 8560 which I changed the print head and now I get the fault 37, 018.45
:83511. The printer keeps rebooting and I get a fault.
