Every RAM error I've had so far has been pretty straight forward. Try putting your new RAM in the second ram slot on the board. I've had at least one instance where the slot and the chip went bad at the same time.
Panel simply says "RAM Error". using the panel keys does nothing.
Hey!
Can you access the menues?
If so try resetting it by following THIS
Otherwise you might need to get an enginer to have a look at it.
