Phaser 8560 error code: 07,010.43:101339 - please help!

Please can someone help me urgently. Phaser 8560

I'm half way through printing two very urgent separate orders and my printer has stopped working! It first couldn't get past a jam (which I've checked as thoroughly as I can and can't see any paper stuck), so I thought turning it off for a while and letting it cool down would be a good idea. I've now turned it back on and it's coming up with the error code: 07,010.43:101339 can anyone help? I'm desperate as the engineers aren't open until tomorrow and I must print these today :os
