Phaser 8560 error code 07,010.43:92392

Hi!

7,010.43 means that the Printhead is stuck in the tilted position, or is not able to tilt
forward to the print position, due to problems.

I would start by turning it off, and letting it be without power for a while, and see if that helps.

If not, check for ink spills in the machine, arount the printhead and process drive etc.

And lastly, if that does not help I would suggest calling an engineer.

I have this message switching on my Phaser 8560: 07,010.43:92392. I can't use it anymore.

Can someone help me to resolve this big problem.
