Hi Hawaiianislands,

Thank you for using the Support Forum.  Please make sure that your machine is plugged into an outlet and not an extention cord.  Also please look at the solution from the support page from your machine.  If you are still having issues you may need to contact service .

Phaser 8560

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I just bought a used machine.  Last night it was clicking on and off and my wife pulled the plug in back of machine.  This morning I tried to turn on and a light blinked red a couple times and now nothing.  I am not sure if I have it turned on corectly.  On/off has a - sign and 0 sign.  I have tried both but now nothing comes on.
