Phaser 8560

We own a Phaser 8560

We moved our office and the printer was reinstalled

There weas an error message:

07,009,42:20128

 

Also I should note the inside of the unit looks like it has rained, or hailed rather little droplets of solid ink

I have cleared what I can by pulling out the service tray and tilting the unit sideways

Also the maintenence kit and service tray are stuck and will not release

Thank you a.adolph for using the forum.
I have searched our product knowledge base for the fault code. It recommends you power off the printer on contact support.
