How would you go about getting the "stuck job" off of the hard drive? Would Xerox actually send a brand new printer to a customer with mismatched memory? That would be pretty crappy if that were the case....Any suggestions on where to go from now??
Ah, sorry. Did not see that you already wrote about the ethernet part.
It could also be that the memory is mismatched, or a job could be stuck on the harddrive.
Thanks!
I already did that.(That is what the Xerox tech told me to do.) It still was looping in a restart. Any other ideas? We bought this printer BRAND NEW in April 2012 so it's only 4 months old.
Hey!
Try starting the printer without the LAN/Internet cable.
Thanks!
mkingcmj,
We are having the SAME exact problem with our Phaser 8560MFP. I left the ethernet cable out of the machine while booting up, unplugged ALL cables from it for over an hour, and it keeps rebooting right after the Xerox screen like you said. Did you ever get a solution for this problem? Please let me know, Thanks
Oh and YES we are using PS drivers on user's PC's which are the ones I downloaded off of Xerox.com

Hello,
I was onsite at a customer location today, and they have a Phaser 8560MFP. After trying to print from a new computer, the printer began rebooting itself consistently in a loop. The LCD runs through the POST and gets to the Xerox screen, then the entire device reboots and begins the process all over again. I found a page stuck in the pickups from the main tray, and I removed it. I have tried going into diagnostic mode and reseting NVRAM, etc. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
Regards,
Mike
