I can only recommend to check the Printhead, Preheater and Ink Loader power connections.
And if there is any ink spills in the machine, try removing those.
Do this while the machine is turned off.
If that does not work, I would call Xerox to get an engineer out.
As you might need to replace the Ink loader, printhead or preheater etc.

I have this Xerox Phaser 8860DN printer which turns on but display this error code (Fault 37,011.47:70513) after Self Test. Can someone help me with how to resolve it?
