If you do have a print server which the clients go through, I suggest you try restarting the print spooler next time this happens, it could be caused by a particular document or font so it doesn't need to be from one program only I'm afraid.

I have a Phaser 5550 unit that will stop accecpting print jobs on occasion throughout the day. When I delete all items in que beign printed and look at the status on the web console, the status shows busy. The only way to get it to print again is by turning it off and then on again.
This happens with Windows 7 and XP machines. I have tried different PS and PCL6 drivers.
I have tried to find what program is doing this but I have not tracked what it could be.
Any ideas?
