Re: Pin bent on Toner board

Yes, you have right. You will need a tech, because there are some parts to be removed (front, right and upper covers) to have accsess to CRUM reader.

and I go about doing that how?  it's not exactly in a part of the printer that is easily accessable.

Re: Pin bent on Toner board

Hi,

You will need to replace that CRUM Connector (part no. 113K840210).

Pin bent on Toner board

Product Name: Phaser 6510
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hi, I received a message that my yellow toner was low and would need replacing soon.

I popped out the yellow cartrdige, inverted several time to mix etc... placed it back in.  and it is telling me to "insert yellow toner cartridge."  So, I pulled it back out and put it back in.  Same thing.

I decided to shine a light inside, see if there was anything that looked like it might cause that (I was thinking spilled toner) and I see that the third connector pin (from the left) all the way in the back is 'down.'  I have to assume it isn't making contact with the board.  How do I fix this?
