Power Up Stuck On Splash screen with 5 quick beeps

Product Name: VersaLink C405 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10

Recently got a C405 and was stuck on splash screen. Did a firmware update via the A C Home route.  It now gives me 5 quick beeps on power up and stuck on splash screen.  any suggestions?
