Hello AndyC, 

 

It sounds like you may need a new control panel.  Please call into the support department to either schedule a service call if you have a warranty or service agreement. 

 

If you do not have a warranty or service agreement you can try the parts department to order the control panel @ 1-800-835-6100 option #9, #3.

Power printer on and Green 'Sleep' light comes on, nothing else happens...

Product Name: ColorQube 8580
Operating System: macOS 10.15 - Catalina

I powered my 8580 on, get a click from the psu and then the green sleep light (moon) comes on.

Nothing else happens, lcd is blank, no buttons work, power switch is ignored, open and closing flaps makes no difference.

No power up messages, initialisation or anything!

Any ideas? Obviously it is getting power (some) otherwise it wouldnt show me the sleep light!
