Print/Fax Driver for C8035

Hi,

Can setup my Xerox driver for only have Fax in the "Job Type" ?

I would like to be given access to fax only?

There is no need of a fax driver, fax is built into the Xerox print driver and has been for at least 10 years, it only isn't in the V4 driver(s) because the V4 type doesn't allow it still

V4 drivers don't have full features. Every V3 driver will have full features.

If  a GPD is a V3 and does not have full features, then it is too old to support the printer it is connected to and needs to be updated, or there is a Serious Bi-directional issue and it can't figure out what printer it is connected to, so it goes into Basic Print Mode.

So remove the current installations, download and install this driver and then do the following to make it much more stable

If the Wizard runs during install, choose the Printer I want wasn't listed option even if it shows up.

Then install Manually as a Local Printer

Then Create a new Port > Standard TCP/IP Port  (You need to enter your C405 IP at this point)

Then make good and sure that the Query the Printer and automatically select a driver to use is not checked or you will just end up with the MS Class driver again.

After the wizard finishes, Go into Devices and printers and then right-click the printer and choose Printer Properties > Ports > Configure Port and make your setup match these highlights exactly

We recently upgraded our servers from 2008 to 2016. Now our Xerox C8035 will no longer fax or has the same settings as before. I currently have the Global Print Driver installed but that doesnt seem to work for the all print/fax features we had previously. Any help would be appreciated.
