Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please try the PCL driver if you are currently using the PS driver or vice versus, try the PS if you are using the PCL.  If that does not help try printing the PDF using the Print as Image option in the PDF file.  If the issue continues please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Print code pages until poweroff

Product Name: VersaLink C405 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hello everyone,

I am deploying some xerox versalink c405, and for one printer, I have a strange problem.

The printer, when printing a pdf file from a w10 pc with the good drivers (from cd), connected with usb cable, sometimes print a lot of paper, and won't stop until the printer is unpluged. (one time we got 1 inch of paper printed)

The pages are like this one:xeroxpossedee.jpg

due to site configuration, I can't update this printer now, but maybe when I'll update the printer, this will stop ?
