Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the steps for clearing a jam at the front of the machine,  If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Printer Jams

Product Name: WorkCentre 6027
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

I have had this printer for several yers and have had no issues with it.  Today it game me a paper Jam error and I got the sheet out of the back of the printer.  The wrror message didn't go away.  I started looking closely and found the exit roller in the front as where the paper comes out look like it has all or part of a sheet rolled around it.  I do not see a way to get to it to get it out.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.  Thanks

 

P.S. I tried to add a picture but it never showed, it just had a yellow triangle on it.
