Replace the HDD and reinstall the software by AltBoot method.

Our XEROX WorkCenter 3655i will not properly start up.When powered on, it will remain on a white screen with the interupt light blinking for several minutes. It will then reboot again or will sometimes go to the load up screen only to freeze and reboot. I tried doing an altboot, the device update, once the USB stick is removed and the system reboots, it goes back to the whitr screen with the same issue.
