Printer Stuck in Green screen reboot cycle

Product Name: WorkCentre 7830/7835/7845/7855
Operating System: Windows 11

The printer won't go to the main menu. I have tried power cycling multiple times and no avail. I want to do an altboot and I have the usb ready to go. I can not find docs or a post for clear cut instructions on where to get the files or what .DLM to put on the drive in what order. The .dlm's I have downloaded are numbered and not named.

 

Can anyone point me in the right direction for a step by step on how to create a altboot usb stick with the correct files ? thank you

Hi David222, 

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at this article from the online support Printer Powers On but Will Not Completely Boot Up/Start. Try the suggested solutions.  Also make sure that the power cord is plugged directly into a wall outlet and not an extension cord or surge protector.  Finally try disconnecting the network cable and power then machine off for a full minute then power back on with out the network cable plugged in.  If it powers up with the network cable disconnected it could be a network communication issue.  If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
