I tried to upgrade software on the Phaser 6510, from 64.10.41 to 64.59.11 using fwdl5.3.6.19.exe and 645911_P6510.bin. The program finished saying data uploaded. But the printer just showed "Please wait". After waiting 10 minutes I powered down. The printer now starts, I get the Wit notification and after a few minutes there is a purp;e flashing light and the "Please wait" and I can go no further. Help! What can I do?
