Printer conected via ethernet cable but without internet conection

Product Name: VersaLink C405 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 8 x64

I have 2 Xerox C405 on the same room conected to the same internet switch board.

One of them is working but the other one does not conect to the internet. I already changed cables but the problem continues.

What can i do to solve this? the network manager says that there is an hardware problem in the printer.
