Printer error 09,035.34:11681 on boot

Operating System: Windows 10

Hi Xerox forum. 

I started getting 'Printer error 09,035.34:11681' on boot. It won't boot any farther.

Anyone know what this means?

Hello discostew, 

 

I searched our online knowledge base and could not find 09,035.34 but I did find code 09,035.43 hoping maybe the last two number got reversed.  It indicated the cyan ink stick is stuck, click here for instruction on a possible fix. 

 

If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797 or 1-800-835-6100

Thank you so much TammyL and Xerox support!

I did transpose the last two digits of the error code, it was '09,035.43' / Cyan ink stick stuck.

I checked the tray loader, and while I did not find a stuck cyan stick (or any stuck sticks), I followed the instructions at the bottom of the support article link you sent to reset the ink stick feed loader.

After resetting the feed loader, the printer booted up and is working perfectly once again.
