 The printer is out of paper. Load paper in the main tray. See

Loading Paper

on page 53.

• The wrong size of paper is loaded in the main tray. Make sure

that the paper size selected in the print driver is the same as the

paper size loaded in the printer.

You can get more infromation from the guideline, there are multiple possiblities of errors

Hello,

My laser printer Phaser 6020 was working fine until a couple of weeks ago. First, the quality of the prints was very bad, then all of a sudden, as soon as I turn on the printer, the Error Indicator goes solid red and the printer is not responding to any command.

Any idea please?
