Sounds like you have tried everything already, so it would be a hardware escalation 1-800-835-6100.
My Xerox3335 WorkCentre is stuck on initialization screen. Reboot did not help and enither did unplugging the power cord for days.
We thought we might try an ALTBOOT as explained in the Xerox support document.
