Printer is stuck on initialization screen

Operating System: Windows 10

Hello all,

My Xerox3335 WorkCentre is stuck on initialization screen. Reboot did not help and enither did unplugging the power cord for days.

We thought we might try an ALTBOOT as explained in the Xerox support document.

Prepare the USB flash drive for an AltBoot procedure firmware (*.dlm) file to the ALTBOOT folderHowerver, we cannot find the required *.dlm file on Xerox support.

Help would be much appreciated where to find the particualr firmware to perfrom a FORCED_UPGRADE whichseems to be no longer hosted on Xerox support servers.
