Hi, any help appreciated here. I bought a Versalink C400v for small business use in October 2019, registered with Xerox and therefore still under warranty.
The printer is non-functional, completely dead. It does not power on - power lead and power outlet confirmed as functional so it's definitely the printer.
I've been trying to get support from Xerox for almost two weeks. The phone support line tells me every day there is a technical fault and I should go online. I've sent several emails with no reply. I am in the UK and so every time I try to get support by the chat bot here it tells me I can't talk to a person because it's in the small hours of the morning. I know this is COVID time and everyone is stretched, but between printer and toner the company has spent north of £2,000 with xerox and responding to emails isn't an unreasonable expectation.
Any suggestions from the forum here? Otherwise I dump the printer and buy HP...
