I searched our Knowledgebase and found the steps for clearing the jams from the Automatic Document Feeder. If this doesn't work, I would recommend contacting the Support Department.
Error codes are 005-125, 005-128 & 005-199 in error history report.
I love this machine but this is a very random ongoing issue.
This has to be a known issue. I use this printer for fax purposes only. That is why probably most users may not have come to this issue.
