This is embarrassing. I just bought this printer. Plugged it in, pulled out the paper tray to load it, and now it won't go back in! It hits something half way in, but I'm stumped what it is.
I'm focussing on the spring lifter that raises the paper. It has a white nub that sticks out on the left.
But I see absolutely nothing inside. The coast is clear and nothing that looks like an obstruction of any sort.
