Printer wont turn on power light blinking only

Product Name: VersaLink C600 Printer
Operating System: Windows 10

Before the problem happened, I am printing 10 pages but after 1 page paper jam occured. I opened the drawer and the back part to resume but after printing 1 page paper jammed again. I turn off the printer then when I try to turned on again the power light is just blinking.
