Have you read the details of the service pack in our recent blog? I would check that out, and if you are still having issues, I would recommend calling into our Support Department: 1-800-835-6100

Problem after updating firmware update

Product Name: Phaser 6510
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

After upgrading my printer from ver. 64.50.61 to ver. 64.66.11_e I get this error.

I followed the installation instructions, installing the bridge version 64.59.11.

I try to restart the printer but the screen gets stuck on "Insert Yellow Toner Cartdrige". I access from the web and cannot find the factory reset option.

I have reset the printer several times, downloaded the firmware version (ver. 64.59.11), removed the battery from the motherboard.
