So Collate does not appear under the copies?
And there are no Seperators listed in the paper section?
That can really only mean the Global driver has no idea what printer you have, so set that in here:
And after that go here and set the RAM upgrade and trays if you have them
Any new Global driver should have found these settings via SNMP, but a driver installed previously and pointed at the upgraded device, or a Global Driver older than, or that did not support the printer would react the way you are seeing.
When I open mydocument to print, there is no "collation" option showing. Isn't this suppose to be here with the Hard Drive? I am using the Xerox Global Print Driver PS because I need Postscript support and I need a seperator page which does not show up on the old 8860 driver.
Hi Notepad Chris,
Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the solutions for slow processing/printing and see if any of those help with your situation. If you have additional questions or need additional assistance please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
I installed the Productivity Kit for Phaser 8860 now ColorCube and do not see any additional printing options. I uninstalled and reinstalled my print driver, and still can't see a difference. The Configuration Page shows I have a HD installed. Print jobs are still spooling. There does not appear to be additional collation features.
Where do I see the $600 difference in performace or features? Am I missing something?
