Have you made sure that the interface cable and power cable connections between the printer and the finisher are secure?

Punch Die in GBC AdvancedPunch Finisher is not fully inserted: Error Message

Product Name: PrimeLink B9100/B9110/B9125/B9136
Operating System: Not Applicable

On the Xerox B9110, we are getting an error message on the UI:

The Punch Die (R8) in GBC AdvancedPunch Finisheris not fully inserted.

Open Front Door of GBC AdvancedPunch Finisher and follow the label instructions to remove and reinsert the Punch Die (R8)

 

Of course, we do that and it keeps faulting out with the die that came standard with the machine. It is also happens when we replace it with another GBC Die and the same error message appears on the UI.

Would love to hear any suggestions on this one - thanks
