Hi,

You can use any 2,5 SATA HDD, min. 80gb, NTFS formated and you must install the machine firmware by AltBoot method.

Purchased one without a Hard Drive

Product Name: WorkCentre 7525/7530/7535/7545/7556
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

I purchased  this printer  from someone second hand.  I wasn't informed that this printer would have the HDD pulled and aware that it needed  one to function.  Can I just buy any run of the mill 2.5" HDD and install the firmware on it?  Where can I get  a genuine HDD to make this thing work if a regular HDD doesn't work?
