Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please go the to the support page for your machine and select fault code search.  You will see a list of the fault  codes or you can enter the fault code you are looking for and search for it.  Unfortunately the fault code you are seeing, 94,700.00 indicates that you need to have service on the mahcine.  Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance and service.

Qube 8570 - Printer Error 94,700.00:4303

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Not sure what the error code means, printer powers up, eventually displaying the error code:

Printer Error 94,700.00:4303 and then eventually powers off.

 

The printer was experiencing some jams, but as i do not know what the error code refers to i can not tell if it is related to the jamming or not.

 

Is there a way to look up all the error codes?  I have been looking around but i have yet to find anything that either lists the error codes in their entirety, or helps with troubleshooting the error codes after they are identified.
