There is a model selector in the GPD in the Administration tab. To get what they are seeing it doesn't have Bi-directional working so it has probably selected Basic Print mode. The GPD configures itself on install via bi directional, so if it doesn't have Bi-di working it won't choose correctly, and since the 7835 can't be sold with less than 5 trays, that must be what happened.
I'm with a software company that hosts remote desktop sessions for our customers with Graphon Go-Global.
One of our customers has a WorkCentre 7835, and while our server does recognize his printer and we are using the Xerox Global Print Driver, he is unable to access trays 3 and 4 when printing from the application on the remote server.
Is there a way to either install a driver explicitly for the WorkCentre 7835, or to help the Xerox Global Print Driver to recognize the additional trays?
