If you have made sure you have the correct cartridge, and followed all these steps when replacing the drum, I would recommend contacting the Support Department: 1-800-821-2797.
I need an a solution to this issue. Nothing that has been posted fixes this and my printer will not print. Using the correct cartridges, tried to disable codes. Even got a new cartridge and that doesn't work either. Can someone please help me!!
