Unfortunately, there are a number of different causes for false messages related to toner replacement on this product. Too many to list, and all require a tech to diagnose and repair. And the 393.xxx faults in the fault history are all over the map.
Therefore, consider having the unit serviced.
Also...
Keep in mind that the machine will only accept a particular toner cartridge a limited number of times before that cartridge is flagged by the machine as being unusable. So don't continue to put more and more cartridges into the machine, because eventually they will all become useless in that machine.
But, don't throw away the toner cartridges that still have toner in them, even tho it no longer will work in this machine. The cartridges that are flagged as "empty" (when they are really not) can be used in other machines, just not the machine that has flagged them as empty.
Seems strange, I know... but that is my understanding after talking with a tech that regularly services this product...

the toner level always is 10% i tried many new toner cartridges with the same error .
after few times , sound from the toner dispenser appear , so i notice the dispenser is full of toner and the print cartridge as well so the toner powder stuck on both units , i had to clean it and i tried again to install new toner , after few times again the toner dispenser full of toner and stuck also the print cartridge .
