Replacement for WorkCentre Bookmark 40 & 55

Please contact a sales representative or a authorized dealer to ask about the book copying.  There are copier/printers that have the book copying features of erasing the middle area of the open book.  But if I understand your request you want the platen cover that rises to protect the book spine.  I am not sure which machines may have that feature so please call a sales rep.

I'm not sure how long as the BookMark 40 and 55 were discontinued, but some of the staff I support have come across this device online and would really like to have it because of the book-friendly design that won't damage the spines.  Has Xerox come out with updated devices that would also fit this requirement?  It's a library where many books are scanned and copied and they want to protect them.  Thanks in advance.
