What was the reason for replacing the hard drive originally?

That product can have a problems with the low voltage power supply (LVPS) which can cause random reboots and power saver issues. The LVPS issues can cause the sw on the drive to become corrupted as well. The hard drives on that product are also prone to failure (at least once), so that is not unusual either.

Do you have any 303-777 faults in the fault history?

Hello,
I have done exactly as you suggest.
Altbooted and totally reset,but the problem still occured even after that and it doesnt overwrite the SSD same as HDD. I was think that this might be a particular problem the the sleep mode

When replacing HDD, the machine has to be altbooted and totally reset. I suggest you contact our support department and request a service technician on hand to perform this task. To reach our support department, contact 1-800-821-2797 or 1-800-835-6100.

Replacing HDD with SSD in WC 7835

Product Name: WorkCentre 7830/7835/7845/7855
Operating System: Windows 10
Hello ,I have Xerox WorkCentre 7835 and I switched from HDD to SSD but now doesnt turn on from sleep mode. Can you help me with any idea how to fix it?
I also reinstalled software,but as soon as goes to sleep mode doesnt turn on unless I manually turn it off and on again
