Sounds like you have tried everything I would suggest you try. Sounds like this is a hardware issue, please contact your local Xerox support department for a hardware escalation: 1-800-821-2797 or 1-800-835-6100.

Reset the Device Screen

Product Name: WorkCentre 7970
Operating System: macOS 10.15 - Catalina
My printer currently is turning on, going through the green startup screen, but then goes to a screen that says "Reset the Device" It says turn off, turn back on, and call if the problem persists. I've done all of that including unplugging the printer, resetting the GI breaker switch on the back, and it still goes to that screen. I literally can't use the printer at all because it's stuck on that screen when I turn it on. I don't know what else to do. Help!
