At this time, the only way she can print is by using the manual tray. This is a game-stopper, she's one of our busiest Loan Officers, dead in the water, thanks to xerox incompetence.

Reset the device to factory defaults

Product Name: Xerox B215 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10

My user recently used her Xerox B215 to print some envelopes. Now, whenever she tries to print regular size, she gets error "Manual paper tray is empty". We're NOT using the manual paper tray. We select Tray 1, and still get the error. I looked for a way to do a factory reset, but all I find is how to do a Network reset, but there's nothing wrong with the network settings and don't want to use that unless it resets EVERYTHING. The only other thing I found was some instructions on the web about going to the device and signing in as admin. There is NO SUCH a prompt on the machine. There are NO reset options on the device.

I html into the device, sign in as admin there, but again, NO RESET OPTIONS.

I tried live chat, it doesn't work, page can't be displayed.

There's NO email support.

Phone support isn't available at a time when I can do it.

I cannot tell you how much we regret getting these xerox machines, nothing but trouble.
