Is there any way to ket us reset our WorkCentre 3655X MFP to factory mode? We couldn't find any option to do this?
It should be quite simple if the firmware is up to date.
Login as admin and go to Machine Status > Tools > Device Settings > General > Erase Customer Data
I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-835-6100 they can assist you with resetting the printer.
