Resetting Admin Password

Hello. I have the same issue with a WorkCentre 3225. I need to reset the admin password. 

I have tried following these instructions, but it doesn't work. From the Easy Printer Manager I entered to the CentreWere Internet Services and when I click in properties but it ask me to enter the admin pass.

Install Xerox Easy Printer Manager Software included in the Windows Print Driver Installer Package or from

Connect via USB to the device, then in the advanced mode in the Easy Printer Manager, select Machine Settings, Network settings, then scroll down to the Restore Default section, select the button to Clear the Network Settings, as per screen shot below.  Then reboot, and the SA password will be back to default Admin and 1111.

I need to reset the admin password to my printer so I can set it up for Wifi. I have called in for support and was told that the printer cannot be remotely reset with a Feature Key number and that I would have to take it to a local shop to be reset. The tech guided me to a list of local shops but they all said that if I didn't buy the printer from them then they won't reset it. I need help before my warranty goes out in January.
