This is what I could find for this machine, though I do not know if this is what you're looking for :

5225 / 5230

SNMP Version 1, SNMP Version 2c and Version 3 trap over TCP/IP and IP
MIB contains the following standards: RFC 1213, RFC 1514, RFC 1759 and XCMI ver. 3.0
