Do this:

CWIS  >Properties > Security > PDF/XPS Security Settings

Set them both to Do not add signature

Apply and try a scan again.

To use this feature, you must purchase and install the Scan Kit on this model

Scan to USB thumb drive not working.

Product Name: WorkCentre 7120/7125
Operating System: Windows 10

Yes, the scan to USB is enabled in the CWIS.  When a USB drive is inserted, it reads the files and allows the user to edit settings.  However, when you press to scan, this message appears:  "unable to start.  No valid certificate is attached.  Contact system administrator to to attach a certificate.
