Hello djaytch99,

The Phaser 6300 hasn't had Mac Support since 10.10, so it most likely won't work on Catalina.

I searched the Knowledgebase for control panel blank issue and found THIS solution.

Hi

Someone gave me an older Phaser 6300 with 100000+ copies on it and there is nothing on the screen. The printer is on and it is seen in the choices, but it won't print and the screen has remained blank. Apart from dumping it, has anyone got any suggestions...
