Software update: Connection failed

Product Name: Xerox C230 Color Printer
Operating System: Linux
I've connected the Xerox C230DNI printer to my mobile hotspot. Then I've opened printer's webapp using the IP address displayed on the printer.
On the web, I've selected: Settings > Device > Software Update > Check
An error popped up: Connection Failed - Check Proxy Server settings, if needed, and try again later.
Messages displayed on the webpage say: Remote Services - Communication Failed.
I'm using ubuntu 22.04 LTS. I don't use proxy. The internet connection works. The webapp communicates with the printer via wifi. The computer is connected with the printer with USB.
