It sounds like the battery on the ess nvn pwb is failing. You have to re-enable scanning with a sim card.

Start up problems with Workcenter 7655 Configuration mismatch exists

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

 i get this message " Not ready- Configuration mismatch exists. Automatic configuration has detected the hardware mismatched displayed below. Touch yes to accept the displayed configuration. no to reject the configuration"

 

Configuration details:

 

Image Disk Present

 

Embedded Fax None

 

Network Controller Present

 

when i press the YES button i have to set the dates and it reboots itself and works but its missing the SCAN.

 

I have done a configuration report and i have noticed that the Scan to file and Scan to email is not installed??? (It was up to the time when problem appeared).

Data about total printed pages are restarted to zero.

Can anyone get my printer to work properly. Thanks
