Hello, I tried the power off for 45 seconds and that didn't help.
Also it's plugged directly into the outlet and unfortunately that didn't help either.

Have you tried powering off the device for 45 seconds and powering it back on? Is there a way you can try to plug the device into another outlet? Also make sure it is plugged directly into the wall and not a power strip.

That usually means there is an error on the device. Are you getting a fault code on the screen?
Initially I had a paper jam which I removed the paper and then after that whenever I start up the printer the screen is blank and there is a light on the exclamation point icon. Thanks in advance
