Sounds like you have tried everything already, so it would be a hardware escalation: 1-800-821-2797 or 1-800-835-6100.
Have you tried powering off the device for 45 seconds and powering it back on? Is there a way you can try to plug the device into another outlet? Also make sure it is plugged directly into the wall and not a power strip.
That usually means there is an error on the device. Are you getting a fault code on the screen?
Initially I had a paper jam which I removed the paper and then after that whenever I start up the printer the screen is blank and there is a light on the exclamation point icon. Thanks in advance
