maybe the test prints were interrupted on canceled by the user, thats maybe why the machine is trying again?
Any idea why it printed those 11 pages three different times? The tech told me that at least one of the times he turned it off was because he had to move the printer. He said it was connected to the network all three times.
normally only 1 startup print shoudl be printed the next times if enabled in settings
Those 11 pages only the first time
One of our support people installed a 4510N at a customer's site and told me that every time he powered up the printer, it would print 11 pages in this order- the Menu Map, Startup page, Connection Setup, and Paper Tips. He showed me three sets of pages. Does anyone know if this will continue to be the case for our customer?
It is my understanding that you can turn off the Startup page but this wouldn't turn off the other pages.
